How to Use the MTA Online Sales Form
Use the form below to choose the types and quantity of fare cards you would like to purchase. Click the "Compute Totals" button below the form to see your total after you have filled in quantities. Click the "Purchase" button to confirm your order. You will then be directed to our secure online server to gather your name, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information.

Shipping Policy
After you have purchased your fare cards, they will be mailed to you within five business days. There is a minimum order of $18 plus shipping and handling. Shipping costs:

Regular Mail:	$2.50
Certified Mail:	$5.00

Note: Orders to be delivered by mail that exceed 100 passes are subject to an additional shipping charge of $5. The maximum total is $500. All sales are final. Shipping is within the U.S. only. All sales are final. If you do not receive your fare cards within a reasonable amount of time, please contact Customer Care at: (615) 862-5950, or email: customercomments@nashville.gov. (Please allow at least one week for delivery prior to contacting MTA.)
